Property Matters BOI Ltd 7 years ago to meet the growing demand for holiday rental accommodation and professional holiday home management in Russell and the surrounding area.
Jacky has many years experience in running her own successful businesses including one of Russell’s top performing real estate offices. More recently Jacky has earned a reputation of being a highly respected Bussiness Coach and Judge in Northlands Top Energy Tall Poppy Business Awards. A busy and astute business woman with a reputation for getting things done, she has served on many local community committees including Chairperson of the Bay of Islands Hospice.
Jacky also offers business mentoring to others through the NZ Business Mentors organization.
Barry has an extensive sales and marketing background both in New Zealand and overseas and is a consummate handyman with the practical skills to ensure the properties in management are well cared for and maintained.
A keen gardener with good knowledge of just what plants suit the local conditions and the skills to ensure existing plants are well pruned and cared for. Jacky and Barry are both widely travelled and appreciate the satisfaction that a well organised and supported holiday experience can mean to the family.
Andrea Denning is the newest member of the team (now 4 years) Andrea brings the administration skills required to our growing business. Andrea is a long term Russell resident and has run her own successful backpacker accommodation for some years. Andrea is a keen yachtie with all the local knowledge required to help you plan your Russell holiday experience.
