Jacky Stevens and Barry Price formed Property Matters BOI Ltd six years ago to meet the growing demand for professional holiday home management in Russell and the surrounding area. Jacky has many years experience in running her own successful businesses including a busy hairdressing salon in Hawkes Bay and then one of Russell’s top performing real estate offices. An astute business woman with a reputation for getting things done, she has served on many local community committees and local hospice. Jacky also offers business mentoring to others through the Business in the Community scheme and offering Business Coaching and Consultancy to her private clients. Barry has an extensive sales and marketing background both in New Zealand and overseas and is a consummate handyman with the practical skills to ensure the properties in management are well cared for and maintained. A keen gardener with good knowledge of just what plants suit the local conditions and the skills to ensure existing plants are well pruned and cared for. Jacky and Barry are both widely travelled and appreciate the satisfaction that a well organised and supported holiday experience can mean to the family. Andrea Denning is the newest member of the team who brings the administration skills required to our growing business. Andrea is a long term Russell resident and has run her own successful backpacker accommodation for some years. Andrea is a keen yachtie with all the local knowledge required to help you plan your Russell holiday experience. This enthusiastic team is committed to making the holiday house rental experience one that ensures both the holiday maker and the house owner have all their expectations met or exceeded.
