The middle floor has three bedrooms all with luxury en suite bathrooms and the views out over the Bay of Islands are as spectacular as the top floor.
Imagine waking up each morning to see dolphin at play in the Bay below and the serenity of the sound of the ocean that only coastal living can bring.
The lower floor has yet another bedroom with own bathroom and adjoins a family lounge with great TV and sound system.
The floor to ceiling Bi fold doors, on all levels, merge the outdoor terrace space seemlessly into the living areas.
Facing North East to capture almost all day sun you can watch the boats exploring the Bay of Islands and maybe see dolphins cavorting in the sunset.Quiet and private the only sounds are the waves below and the native birds. Moreporks and even Kiwis at night.
Russell village has many fine restaurants to enjoy or Property Matters can arrange for an executive chef to prepare a gourmet delight in your own kitchen.
There is an open logfire and underfloor heating for comfort on any cooler nights.
Two new kayaks and bicycles are now available for guest use.
